A Mac is a bigger, better screen than a phone and more personal than the family TV — a good middle ground for watching in a bedroom, a home office or a student room. With UK Fire TV, watching on a Mac uses the same app and the same method as our iPhone and iPad setup: the Supa Legacy IPTV app from the App Store, our provider code, and the username and password we send you. One method covers every Apple device, so if you already watch on an iPhone or iPad, you already know how this works.
What you need
Just your Mac connected to the internet and a few spare minutes. There is no extra hardware and nothing else to buy — your Mac counts as one of the devices on your plan, covered by the same options on our IPTV subscription prices page, whether that is a plan for 1, 2 or 3 devices watching at the same time.
The setup, step by step
Step 1: Message us first
Send us a message on WhatsApp through ukfiretv.com and tell us you want to watch on a Mac. Once your plan or free trial is arranged, we will send you the username and password you will sign in with. For Mac — just like iPhone and iPad — we use the Supa Legacy IPTV app, so there is no need to pick a random player app from the store.
Step 2: Install the Supa Legacy IPTV app
Open the App Store on your Mac, search for Supa Legacy IPTV (by Shaker Hussain) and install it. It is the same app used on iPhone and iPad — if it appears under the iPhone & iPad Apps results in the Mac App Store, that is the one to install. The install works like any other App Store app.
Step 3: Enter the provider code
Open the app and tap Provider Code on the sign-in screen. Enter the code 2580 and continue. This connects the app to our service, ready for your sign-in.
Step 4: Sign in with the details we sent you
Enter the username and password we sent you. Type them exactly as they appear in our message — passwords are case-sensitive, and an accidental space at the start or end is the most common reason a first sign-in fails. Copying and pasting from our message avoids the problem altogether.
Step 5: Start watching
That is the setup done. Your content loads inside the app, browsable by category, and from then on you just open the app whenever you want to watch. The same order — message, install, sign in, watch — is summarised on our IPTV installation guide, alongside the steps for every other device.
One Apple method, every Apple screen
Because Mac, iPhone and iPad all use Supa Legacy IPTV with the same provider code and the same sign-in, there is nothing new to learn when you move between them. Set it up once on your phone and the Mac version will feel familiar straight away; set it up on the Mac first and your iPad is the same five steps. Your plan's device count is what matters — each screen you watch on at the same time uses one of your 1, 2 or 3 devices.
Small tips for a smooth experience
- Keep the app and macOS reasonably up to date. Older versions are a common cause of sign-in oddities and playback glitches.
- Restart the app fully if it misbehaves. Quit it completely and reopen it before trying anything more drastic.
- Sign-in problems are usually typing problems. Retype your details slowly, watching for capital letters and spaces, before assuming anything bigger is wrong.
- Use Wi-Fi for longer sessions. A Mac on the move works on any connection, but a steady Wi-Fi connection gives the smoothest picture — our guide to broadband speed for IPTV explains what a stream needs.
Watching on your other screens too
Your Mac can sit alongside a Firestick, Smart TV, Android phone, iPhone or iPad on the same plan — each device has its own app or setup, which we send you when you need it. See the full list on our devices you can watch on page, and if you have questions before you start, the ones we hear most are answered on our frequently asked questions page.
